What experience do I need to own a restaurant with Vicious Biscuit?

We prefer franchisees with previous restaurant industry experience, but we’ll work with good candidates who are new to food service. Entrepreneurs with experience in the hospitality management and event planning industries are also well-suited to the work we do. Above all, we’re looking for potential franchisees with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for serving others.

What can I expect to spend as a Vicious Biscuit franchisee?

All franchisees are responsible for a $40,000 franchise fee plus a $5,000 development services fee and can expect to spend between $875,000 – $1,356,667.

Yes! We encourage all Vicious Biscuit franchise owners to explore multi-unit opportunities. We’re happy to talk more with you about getting started with multiple units or adding on additional units once your first restaurant is open.

What kind of training will I receive?

Rest assured that we’ve always got your back. From the very moment you sign your franchise agreement, you’ll receive all the training, resources, and support you need to develop a successful business.

Beyond your initial franchisee training at our South Carolina headquarters, members of our team will join new franchise owners at their locations for up to eight days before your soft opening. You’ll also receive access to our exclusive confidential operations manual, which will give you all the information you need to operate your restaurant properly on a day-to-day basis.

The success of your Vicious Biscuit location will depend primarily on your skill and work ethic.
