Vicious Biscuit is rolling out a limited-time summer drink menu (available through Aug. 2) at all locations, building on its earlier cocktail menu refresh. The lineup includes three items:
- Malibu Pineapple Smash ($10) – pineapple juice, Malibu rum, muddled mint, fresh lime
- Pineapple Mimosa ($9) – pineapple juice, sparkling wine, Malibu rum floater
- Toasted Coconut Latte ($6) – espresso, milk, coconut syrup, whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes
VP of Marketing Amanda Parker frames the drinks as a way to keep the menu feeling fresh while staying on-brand — tropical, indulgent, and tied to the brunch experience. The broader point: these limited-time offerings give guests a reason to keep coming back and give franchise operators a tool to drive traffic throughout the year.
