Growing With Purpose: Vicious Biscuit’s Marketing VP Emphasizes Consistency While Scaling the Brand

At Vicious Biscuit, growth only means something if it’s built on a strong foundation. That’s why we’re proud to shine a light on Amanda Parker, our vice president of marketing, whose journey with our brand reflects exactly the kind of leadership we need as we scale.

From Two Units to a National Vision

Amanda joined us back in 2022 as area director for our Charleston, South Carolina market, when Vicious Biscuit had just two locations — a big shift from her previous role at Chick-fil-A.

Since then, she’s worn a lot of hats across operations, human resources, and marketing — eventually becoming our director of marketing, where she led national marketing efforts and helped launch our first-ever loyalty rewards program. In December, she was promoted to vice president of marketing.

A Big Year Ahead

2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year for us. As an 11-unit brand, we’re projected to nearly double our footprint with 10 new openings this year — and Amanda is focused on making sure our marketing function grows right alongside us.

Hospitality First, Always

Even amid a season of transition, hospitality remains at the heart of everything we do. Amanda is spending this year equipping our franchisees with strong marketing materials that deliver consistency, build local community ties, and reflect our hospitality-first identity at every location.

Building awareness for our loyalty program is a key priority as we take on bigger growth goals — and we’re leaning on consumer insights and data to guide the way forward.
