Meet Our Savannah Franchise Partners
Leading the charge are Kelly and Tim Paslawski, Savannah natives who know the city’s food scene inside and out. Over the past decade, they’ve successfully operated four Chicken Salad Chick restaurants across Savannah, Pooler, Statesboro, and Bluffton, GA. Their new Vicious Biscuit location sits perfectly between Savannah’s bustling hospital corridor and its vibrant midtown business district.
What Savannah Can Expect
Guests can look forward to our signature biscuit creations: The Vicious, Fat Boy, The Flame Thrower, and Hen Solo, alongside shareable Southern favorites like Sweet Puppies, Beignets, and Shrimp & Grits. Brunch fans won’t want to miss our beloved Jam Bar, featuring signature jams and house-made butters, plus mimosas made with fresh-squeezed orange juice and other brunch-ready concoctions. We’ll also have healthier options on hand, including a gluten-free menu, so there’s something for everyone at the table.
