What a year! We closed out 2025 with strong momentum across development, menu, digital, and leadership — and we’re carrying that energy straight into 2026.
Growing Our Footprint
We ended the year at 11 locations systemwide, including our first Indiana restaurant in Fishers. In 2026, we’re planning 10 new openings, bringing us to 21 locations by year-end, with new markets launching in Georgia, Indiana, and Ohio (including our first Cincinnati location), led by experienced multi-unit franchise partners.
Smarter Menu Strategy
Our LTO strategy paid off in 2025, with standout items like The Firebird and the S.E.C. earning permanent spots on the menu. We also launched a first-party beverage program, adding non-alcoholic and coffee drinks with strong results.
Loyalty Driving Real Growth
Our Rewards program nearly doubled its share of systemwide sales in six months, from 6% to over 11%, and drove more than 16% of sales at our newest opening. The app now holds a 4.9-star rating.
Giving Back
On Veterans Day, we served 602 complimentary meals to military members and veterans, part of our year-round 20% military and first responder discount.
Building Our Leadership Team
We welcomed Katie DePoppe as Director of People & Culture and promoted Amanda Parker to VP of Marketing and Mike Ball to VP of Franchise Operations, strengthening the team behind our next stage of growth.
Looking Ahead
Entering year eight, we’re targeting 21 total locations by the end of 2026. Interested in joining our franchise system? Learn more at www.viciousbiscuit.com/vicious-biscuit-franchise.
