We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Vicious Biscuit is officially expanding into Virginia for the first time! Our inaugural location in the Old Dominion will open at 3036 Stony Point Rd. in Richmond — a major milestone as we continue building our presence across the country.
A Flagship Location With Deep Roots
Located in the Stony Point Shopping Center, our new 3,678-square-foot restaurant will be operated by franchise partner GR Waldrop, a Virginia native and longtime Jersey Mike’s operator doing business as Big Boys Biscuits, LLC. GR is developing the Richmond market as part of a 4+ unit agreement, with this location serving as the flagship for the state.
What Richmond Can Expect
Our new Richmond location will bring the full Vicious Biscuit experience to Virginia — made-to-order, over-the-top biscuit entrées, Southern-inspired sides, and our signature Jam Bar loaded with house-made jams and butters.
Part of Our Broader Growth Story
This Richmond opening reinforces our strategic expansion across the Southeast and Midwest, as we continue attracting experienced multi-unit operators looking for a differentiated breakfast and brunch concept with daytime hours and a fully scalable operating model.
We currently operate seven corporate locations across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida, plus four franchise locations in Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Ohio — with plenty more on the way.
